Tai Chi

In January 2022, The Royce welcomed Mark Latham from Free2Flow who is running Tai Chi classes for our residents every week.

Regular practice of Tai Chi is known to decrease stress, improve your mood, and give you more energy, stamina and strength. In older people, Tai Chi can improve balance, stability and flexibility, while also supporting those suffering from osteoarthritis, back problems and fibromyalgia to live a more pain-free life.

Mark’s classes are currently run each week in various locations (wellness area, courtyard, etc.) around The Royce.
