Joining the Tulich Family in 2016, he brings a passion for innovation and continuous learning to the Aged Care and Retirement Industry. When not working, he cherishes family time and enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters.
Amanda Walker
Head of Property and Development
Having transitioned to the Retirement and Aged Care sector 12 years ago, Amanda first joined the Tulich Family as Executive Assistant to Maurice Tulich. In this role, she expanded her administrative skills and now specialises in new development project management, building management and operations, and information technology.
Maria Carew
Business Development Manager
Maria brings a wealth of experience to her role at The Royce from teaching to retail and marketing in the skincare industry and at non-profit organisations across NSW. With a passion for the Retirement Living and Aged Care sector, Maria’s return to the Tulich family four years ago has been a rewarding adventure.
Tanya Mahoney
Aged Care General Manager
Born and raised in Penrith, Tania is a proud parent of three children and actively involved in junior rugby league outside of work. With a clinical background complemented by further development in business and project management, she is committed to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for aged care residents.
Reecha Thapa
Facility Manager
Reecha holds a master’s degree in nursing and is passionate about aged care. She lives in Werrington with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, reading and movies. Reecha joined The Royce last year and feels privileged to be part of a team committed to quality care and respect for residents.
Michelle Wolfe
Village Manager
Michelle’s passion for working with older generations was ignited more than three years ago, when she first started working at The Royce as night Concierge. Thriving on problem-solving, collaborating with colleagues and developing friendships with the residents, Michelle now operates as the Village Manager.
Kate Shanahan
Head Concierge
Kate Shanahan, Head of Concierge at The Royce, resides in the Blue Mountains with her four children. With 25 years as a hairdresser and salon manager, she brings a wealth of experience in customer service. Grateful for her supportive team, Kate also finds joy in serving The Royce residents and families, who inspire her daily.
