Spanning four levels, The Royce comprises of 128 luxurious suites with four individual room types to choose from. All suites are well-appointed with oversized ensuite bathrooms, king single beds, spacious built-in storage and personal bedside table.

In addition, The Royce also has a 24-hour nursing support and emergency call technology to ensure you or your loved one is cared for around the clock. Each level of The Royce Manor provides two common living spaces fitted out with a smart-TV, fireplace, lounge and outdoor seating area. These areas create a homely living space for social gatherings with residents, staff, family and friends.

Our large outdoor courtyard area provides an external space for residents to enjoy the sunshine, meet with family and friends and participate in nurturing our vegetable patch.

The total cost of your care and accommodation will depend on your specific financial situation which is assessed by Services Australia.

Deluxe Suites Level 3 – Memory Support

Level 3 suites have direct access to a shared terrace balcony and includes high-quality furnishings, and provisions for a flat-screen TV and individual air conditioning.

Premium Suites – Levels 4, 5 & 6

Premium suites are spacious and feature high-quality furnishings, a flat-screen TV and individual air conditioning.

Superior Suites – Levels 4, 5 & 6

Superior suites are spacious and feature high-quality furnishings, a flat-screen TV, individual air conditioning and spacious balconies.

Gold Premium Suites – Level 6

The Gold Premium suite is our most luxurious and spacious suite with a lovely reading nook and window seat with extra cupboards and storage. It has beautiful views over the gardens and main courtyard of The Royce. These also include high-quality furnishings, a flat-screen TV and individual air conditioning.
