Chris, the RN, has been caring, diligent, reliable and humorous in the care he provides to Mum. She often talks about the jokes they share together, which is sometimes the highlight of her day.
He knows Mum well enough to know when things are not right. This shows he takes a genuine interest in knowing the residents and in particular my mother’s well being.
Please thank Chris for the genuine care he shows Mum on a day by day basis! Staff like Chris continue to give The Royce the good name it has within the community.

Dad was already a resident of The Royce [Retirement Village]. We did not hesitate to choose the Royce Manor as we knew the facilities and surroundings were second to none, making it a seamless transition for him.
Dad has been very well looked after. As he has been settling into his new way of life, staff have gone out of their way to address his needs. This provides us with the assurance we need.

I love living at The Royce Manor because it is nearby my Husband, who lives in an apartment in the Retirement Village. I like that he can visit whenever he wants.
Since living at The Royce Manor, I have made so many new friends and enjoy taking bus trips and physio classes. The staff here are caring and know exactly what they are doing to take care of each of us.
