The Royce has been announced as a finalist for the One Fell Swoop Award for Best Retirement Living Development at the Property Council of Australia’s National Retirement Living Awards 2024. Only 3 years after winning the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards for Excellence in 2021, we are hopeful to be recognised as a winner again this year at a national level through our commitment to innovation and quality in retirement living development.
The National Retirement Living Awards acknowledges and recognises the outstanding contributions and innovations made by organisations, individuals, and communities in creating exceptional retirement living experiences.
The Awards will take place on June 27, 2024, at The Star, Gold Coast, setting the stage for the celebration of excellence in retirement living.
