Registered Nurse Position
The Royce is a brand new aged care home located in Penrith, the heart of Western Sydney. At The Royce we provide exceptional care in a warm and friendly environment. About the Role
You will oversee the provision of holistic, safe, effective, quality and person-centered care to our residents which will include assisting residents with all aspects of clinical care in accordance with the resident’s care plan. You will also provide leadership and support to our team.
Successful candidates will have:
- Registered Nurse, APHRA registration (essential)
- National Police Check (essential)
- Strong leadership skills
- People management skills
- Passion for delivering high quality care
- The ability to work as a team player with superior communication skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Experience caring for residents living with a diagnosis of Dementia and palliative care.
- Computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
