The Royce is honoured to once again stand alongside the Royce Simmons Foundation as a platinum sponsor for the fourth consecutive year. This ongoing partnership reflects our deep commitment to raising both awareness and vital funds for dementia research.
Dementia touches many lives within our community, including a number of our own residents. Supporting the Foundation’s important work is one way we can contribute to better outcomes and greater awareness across Australia. Royce’s passion and drive in creating this initiative show why the Foundation is something we are proud to support long-term.
In addition to our sponsorship, The Royce recently hosted an internal disco-themed walkathon fundraiser. Residents and staff enjoyed dressing up, sharing a BBQ lunch, raffles, and prizes for best dressed. The event was a wonderful way for our community to show support for the Foundation’s mission.
We were also delighted to cheer Royce on as he set out on The Big Walk, a 10-day journey from Penrith to Mudgee. Staff and residents celebrated as the team set off on Day 1, and we look forward to continuing this tradition in years to come. We are incredibly proud of this partnership and the difference it is helping to make.
