Tulich Family Unveils Over 55s Living at Oran Park

Tulich Family Communities is excited to announce it has received Development Consent for its latest lifestyle development at Oran Park, bringing a new level of over 55s living to Sydney’s rapidly growing southwest.

Inspired by the multi-award-winning success of The Royce in Penrith, our latest project introduces an expansive array of facilities and services designed to meet the needs of over 55s in a supportive, vibrant, and inclusive community.

Located at 1 Civic Way, the first-of-its-kind vertical retirement living development for Oran Park will feature 196 independent living units (ILUs) across nine levels, with a mix of one, two and three bedroom architecturally designed apartments by Studio.SC.
