Providing the best quality care is paramount to us here at The Royce – something which our passionate and skilled staff demonstrate in their dedication to our community every day.
This commitment was clearly seen in late December 2021, in response to an outbreak of COVID-19 at The Royce. To maintain the health and safety of our residents, and in accordance with Government guidelines, we were required to enforce lockdown restrictions for our Aged Care residents.
Fortunately, our Aged Care nurses and staff stepped up to maintain an uncompromised level of care. They also fulfilled an important role in their friendships and social connection to our residents, in lieu of family visits.
As a token of appreciation, the team was presented with gorgeous chocolate bouquets made by our very own Michelle (Operations) on behalf of Maurice, Bianca, and the entire community here at The Royce. Thank you to Robyn (Concierge) and Michelle for helping us recognise the efforts of our Aged Care team.
To our Aged Care nurses and staff – we hope this small, yet sweet surprise recognises your hard work and dedication to our resident community–and satisfies those late afternoon cravings!
