Easy Summer Granola from Cafe Royce


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 160C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Toss the oats, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pepitas in a bowl to combine.

Combine the sugar, maple syrup and oil in a small bowl, stirring so the sugar dissolves. Stir into the oat mixture until well combined. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Serve with your favourite fruit, yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
