A winning team

Presented by the Tulich family in association with Panthers Penrith World of Entertainment. Tulich is a respected, family-run, seniors living business that has built a strong reputation for providing living and care services to seniors in New South Wales for the last 30 years.

The partnership between Panthers Penrith and Tulich is founded on a shared belief that retirement is the beginning of a new life, a time to make new friends, to discover new hobbies and do those things you’ve always dreamt about.

Our brand ambassador

Exemplifying this philosophy and strengthening the relationship with the Penrith Panthers is ambassador to The Royce, NRL legend Royce Simmons.

Tulich, a philosophy of care.

In many ways, Maurice Tulich was destined to establish the family business.

He built their very first seniors community on land where his grandfather Marin Tulich had run a market garden. Back in 1968 when Maurice purchased the property, he remembers his grandfather saying, “Maurice, if there’s anything you could do with this land, do it for the old people.”

Not long after, Maurice saw his mother spend many difficult years looking after her elderly parents, and through his work visited a number of aged care facilities where he was struck by how many were falling short of delivering dignified care in desirable surroundings.

Through these experiences, and inspired by his grandfather’s wish, Maurice decided he could do much better.

Today, Maurice’s family work alongside him and Tulich remains family-owned, running six prestigious retirement and aged care communities. Together Maurice, his daughter Bianca, son Vitas and Bianca’s partner Nick Carter are delivering the strong family values, and caring and thriving communities that Tulich stand for.

At the heart of their philosophy is that retirement, far from being a time to slow down, marks a new beginning in life.
