123 Mulgoa Road Penrith NSW 2750

For many, Penrith will be familiar territory, but your move to The Royce may inspire you to do a bit of local exploring.

Bird’s eye view

As you can see from the aerial view there’s a lot going on within just a few kms of The Royce. Nature; sports; history; shopping; culture; adventure. Put that together with all the dining and entertainment options at your front door and you can pretty much guarantee life at The Royce is not going to be dull.

What was once a country town is now a thriving Western Sydney hub. And with the green light given to Badgerys Creek Airport, Penrith is set to be on the receiving end of even more valuable infrastructure that connects it both with the new airport (and from there to the world) and Sydney CBD.

8km of walking and cycling track, and picnic spots along the Nepean River just a short drive away.

There are 10 golf courses within 15 kms of The Royce.

From paddle steamers to historic churches, there’s plenty for the history buff.

The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts centre (or, ‘The Joan’ as locals call it) has made Penrith a cultural hub for the surrounding region.

Westfield and Penrith High Street shops provide plenty of shopping opportunities.

Penrith is growing

On September 24 2016 The Penrith Press said:

THREE rail lines — two new — between St Marys and the future Badgerys Creek airport have been flagged in a scoping paper released by the Minister for Urban Infrastructure Paul Fletcher.

A rapid bus network from Penrith to Liverpool via the airport is also proposed, meaning weekday services every 10 minutes (6am to 7pm) and weekend services every 15 minutes.

It’s estimated it will take less than 30 minutes to get to the new airport from Penrith Station. Imagine what that will do to the value of your investment at The Royce.

Into the mountains

Less than an hour up the road are the very popular Blue Mountains towns of Leura and Katoomba. There is always something going on here and they’re a great getaway weekend destination. Don’t miss the Christmas in July celebrations (often complete with snow) and the Open Gardens in Spring are a must see. For the more energetic, there is also a myriad of walking, hiking and cycling tracks in the area.
