Your New Lifestyle
Every apartment at The Royce has been designed to exacting quality standards by our interior designers. It’s the little details, the quality of finish that make the difference.
Your contemporary kitchen, with its innovative space-saving features, deep soft-close drawers and an exquisite Caesarstone bench top, makes cooking a pleasure. If you’re a good cook, you’re going to love its practical, ergonomic design. If you’re not such a brilliant cook – well, at least you’ve got a great kitchen!
Open planning means space. Elbow room. Flow. Whatever you like to call it, an apartment at the Royce can feel bigger than most suburban homes.
The island bench is the centre of the action. It is a preparation area; it’s a bar; it’s a place to serve your guests hors d’oeuvres before dinner.
Prepare to impress
Be prepared for jaw-dropping “wow” responses when family and friends walk through the front door of your apartment. There may even be the occasional “awesome” or two from the younger guests.
Choice of colour palette
When you choose your apartment prior to completion, you will also be able to select the colour palette or tones used throughout it for flooring and paint. One palette is light and bright, the other is a bit more dusky and intimate. Both are fairly neutral and modern but you may have a preference relative to your furnishings.
From your large entertaining balcony, you may be able to catch a glimpse of one of our gardeners tending the landscaping that surrounds your luxury apartment – for you, at The Royce, gardening can be a distant memory. Or maybe a nice balcony garden – just to keep your hand in.
