Banana Bread

Ingredients:
225g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
100g light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
185ml milk
2 eggs
80ml vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, finely mashed
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180C. Generously grease andĀ loaf tin and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Whisk milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a separate bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Stir through the bananas. Pour into the greased tin and bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes then turn out. Leave on a rack. Slice and serve warm or allow to cool, slice and toast.
